Obituary of William Christopher Lawson, II

William Christopher Lawson, II, 29, of Doniphan, MO, departed this life on Monday, March 25, 2024. He was born October 25, 1994, in Poplar Bluff, MO, to Chris Lawson and Tammy (Martin) Lawson, both of Doniphan.

William had been a truck driver. He enjoyed his occupation and the many sights and experiences it offered. William also liked to spend time hunting and fishing and riding his motorcycle. He cherished time with his family, especially his children.

Surviving are his parents, Chris (Jennifer) Lawson and Tammy Lawson; his children, Kaleb Lawson, Faith Lawson, Eliza Lawson, Logan Lawson, and Gemma Simpson; sisters, Misty Lawson, Brenda Lawson, and Debbie Casey; brothers, Nathan Lawson and Jacob Casey; and two stepbrothers, Brandon Switzer and Cory Switzer. Also surviving are his grandparents, Harold and Janice Lawson.

William was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lenwood Martin and A. C. and Diana Murphy.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, March 29, 2024, at Belleview Cemetery with Brother Shane Hastings officiating.
